Public discussions within the framework of the environmental impact assessment procedure

The procedure of public discussions in the framework of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) of the planned activities of the LLC “Taldinskaya Concentrating Factory” under the project: “Construction of the waste dump of coal benefication of the Taldinskaya concentrator” was started.

Administration of Novokuznetsk municipal district and LLC ” Taldinskaya Concentrating Factory” announce the beginning of public discussions of materials on environmental impact assessment (EIA) for the project: “Construction of the waste dump of coal benefication of the Taldinskaya concentrator”.

The executor of the EIA and the procedure of public discussions is LLC “Design and exploration enterprise” Sial “.

In administrative terms a total area of plots is 46 hectares. The construction of a waste dump of coal enrichment is allocated close by the Krasulino rural settlement of the Novokuznetsk municipal district. The nearest settlements are the village of Malaya Talda of the Prokopyevsky municipal district and the village Uspenska of Novokuznetsk municipal district. The distance in the northern direction from the boundaries of the land to the village of Malaya Talda is 3.6 km, in the southeast direction to the village of Uspenka – 4.3 km.

During the period from August 31, 2017 to September 29, 2017 we invite you to take part in public discussions of the draft Terms of Reference for the implementation of the EIA:

The received comments and proposals will be taken into account when preparing preliminary EIA materials, which will be further submitted for discussion.
